- How long does it take before my item is shipped?
My processing time is 3-5 business days, but sometimes I send orders out sooner! If there were to be any delays with your order, I will make sure to notify you.
- What shipping methods do you use?
All orders are sent via standard mail untracked in an envelope unless otherwise stated on the product's page. I do offer upgrades to tracked shipping and express! All you have to do is message me for a quote or choose the upgraded option at checkout. (Please note, I cannot do shipping upgrades after your item has been shipped.)
- Standard Untracked: Cute envelope sent with stamps
- Tracked Package: Sent first class mail with package tracking. Package will be scanned often.
Please make sure to choose the correct shipping option for your order at checkout! (Orders that do not have the correct shipping option checked will be canceled and refunded.)
- How long will it take for my order to get to me?
Shipping times vary.

USA: 3-14 business days
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you use.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs or the postal service.
Please make sure the address you provide during checkout is correct. The buyer is responsible for any shipping costs to receive their order for any misdelivered or returned items due to a wrong shipping address.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to an overwhelming amount of packages and mail in the USPS mail system and Covid-19 health procedures, there may be a delay in receiving your order and delivery times are not guaranteed. Please be patient in receiving your order.

Any payment information you provide at checkout is solely used for the purpose of fulfilling your order and will be treated in a secure and professional manner.
- Do you accept returns or exchanges?

- Do you accept cancellations?
Yes! I know emergencies can happen or you can accidentally buy the wrong thing. You have 6 hours from purchase to cancel your order. I don't take cancellations after your order has been shipped.
If you have had an emergency and I have not shipped your order but it's past the 6 hour window, please feel free to contact me!

Simple designs start at $6
You will be allowed two revisions after the initial proof.
Complex designs start at $24
You will be allowed 5 revisions after the initial proof.
Bulk Orders and Custom Requests for Events
I take orders for any designs you would like to order in bulk for a discount. I can also take a single design (ex. one flower) and do a bulk order!
What I DO NOT do:
- copy another artists design or do something in “this” artists style
- anything pertaining to politics, discrimination, violence, holidays, etc.
I will not do a custom order if I feel I may not have enough time to make it or if I feel it is outside of my art range.
- Do you offer gift wrapping or packaging?
Yes I do gift wrapping and packaging! It will be much more personal and unique than my normal shop packaging! Please note though, any messages to the gift recipient will be left in typed format from the gift giver. If you would like to send me a photo of a handwritten message from you for me to print and add to the gift, I can do that! Please add the gift wrapping option to your cart before you checkout if you would like your order gift wrapped!

I love to collaborations with other artists! So feel free to drop me a message on IG or through the contact form! I may not be able to do it, but I will let you know either way!
