- Shipping Policy -

Processing times: Processing times usually take 3-5 business days. If there is any delays with your order, I will make sure to notify you!

Estimated shipping times:

USA: 3-14 business days

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you use.

Please make sure to select the correct shipping option for your order at checkout! Orders with the wrong shipping option selected may be canceled and refunded. If you have any questions regarding this, please see our FAQs or get in contact with me!

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs or the postal service.

Please make sure the address you provide during checkout is correct. The buyer is responsible for any shipping costs to receive their order for any misdelivered or returned items due to a wrong shipping address.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to an overwhelming amount of packages and mail in the USPS mail system and Covid-19 health procedures, there may be a delay in receiving your order and delivery times are not guaranteed. Please be patient in receiving your order.

 

- Shipping Methods -

All orders are sent via standard mail untracked in an envelope unless otherwise stated on the product's page. I do offer upgrades to tracked shipping and express! All you have to do is message me for a quote or choose the upgraded option at checkout. (Please note, I cannot do shipping upgrades after your item has been shipped.)

- Standard Untracked: Cute envelope sent with stamps
- Tracked Package: Sent first class mail with package tracking. Package will be scanned often. Message me for quote.

 

- Payment Options -

Secure payment processing is done through Stripe and Paypal.

Any payment information you provide at checkout is solely used for the purpose of fulfilling your order and will be treated in a secure and professional manner.

 

- Returns & Exchanges -

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

Contact me within 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within 30 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within 6 hours of purchase

Custom items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for any return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

If you receive any damaged items or I made a mistake with your order, please feel free to contact me! I will do my best to make things right!

Online Store: Void and Cancellation

Orders that are made through our Online Store can only be cancelled/voided within 6 hours of purchase. With the beginning of the shipment process a cancellation of the order is not possible anymore. An address  change is not available at this point as well.

In case of a cancellation, the order will be stopped and the price plus shipping to the given payment account refunded. There is no other way of payment return. No items will be delivered.


- Chargeback Policy -

We have a strict chargeback policy. By using our website and it's services, you also agree to our Terms of Use.

All references to a “chargeback” refer to a reversal of a credit/debit card charge. There is no reason for a chargeback to ever be filed. If a credit is due, simply contact Mamu Cat Stationery for assistance. You agree to immediately contact Mamu Cat Stationery if You feel that Your credit/debit card was used fraudulently to purchase our products or services. You agree to repay Mamu Cat Stationery all costs and expenses incurred as a result of any chargeback you file. YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL NOT CHARGEBACK ANY AMOUNTS CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD BY Mamu Cat Stationery IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES AND PURSUANT TO THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU CHARGEBACK A CREDIT/DEBIT CARD CHARGE FOR A PAYMENT INITIATED BY YOU, YOU AGREE THAT Mamu Cat Stationery MAY RECOVER THE AMOUNT OF THE CHARGEBACK, IN ADDITION ANY CHARGEBACK FEES LEVIED BY A PAYMENT SERVICE PROVIDER, BY ANY MEANS DEEMED NECESSARY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO RECHARGING YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD OR HAVING THE AMOUNT RECOVERED BY A COLLECTION AGENCY. WE WILL ALSO PURSUE LEGAL ACTION WITH AUTHORITIES IF DEEMED NECESSARY.

By using our website or purchasing products and/or services through Mamu Cat Stationery, You acknowledge that the Company reserves the right to charge the Client a “150 USD research fee” in order to conclude the investigation.

- Orders Made By Mistake -

For transactions involving minors: By using our site you agree to our Terms of Use. A parent or legal guardian is responsible for any transactions and purchases of good or services made by minors as stated in our Terms of Use.

Our chargeback policy applies to mistake transactions involving minors. You agree to immediately contact Mamu Cat Stationery if You feel that Your credit/debit card was used by a minor. 

If items were shipped, they must be returned before a refund is approved. Please see our return policy for more information.

Please note that we charge a 15% restocking fee for returns involving mistake purchases.
