Custom Polco Commissions

Want a special keepsake of your favorite person, character, or more? I would love to make a special custom polco for you!

All polcos feature both waterproof and non-waterproof stickers. Please be careful with them. I do have options to protect them. Standard sized polcos come with clear card sleeves with no charge unless you choose another option for them.

What I do:

Photos with characters, celebrities, pets, and I can even do photos of you or your loved ones! I really try to make unique styles as well, so by ordering through me, you give me freedom to give it my best. (And I’m a perfectionist.) I also do art and fan art photos, but I have rules for those. Please see the rules in my instructions.

I do NOT work with any photos with adult content, violence, racism, or politics. I have the right to reject an order if I do not feel comfortable doing it or if I feel it is not within my ability/schedule to do so.

I also base my availability on the materials I have. So if you request a style I can’t do, I may reject it.

All photos are printed on matte photo paper.

- Large Size $8
Size varies based on photo ratio. I would discuss this with you.
Maximum size would be 8.6 cm x 13.4 cm.

- Circle Style $6
8.6 cm in diameter.

Lamination is an extra 0.50. And it can apply to all the polcos in your order for the one time price! This applies for all the add-ones. Just make sure to add the options to your cart.

What I’ll need: Your images of choice, of course 😉 Please also let me know if you would like names or words on the polco. Depending on the quality of the photos, I may ask you to send them to my email for better printing. Fan art instructions are slightly different.*

Please note this is for one polco. If you would like multiple, please add multiple to your cart for each one.

I will discuss with you and ask any questions I may have.

Please note: When you are purchasing these custom polcos, you are giving me permission to put my own creative take on the end product. Due to their customized nature, they are entirely unique and are non-refundable.

You have 1 hour after style and photo confirmation if you would like to change the photos or color/theme/style choices. After that, they cannot be changed.

I will send you photos of them once they are finished and the envelope before they are shipped.

Please allow 3-7 business days for me to finish your order.

All custom polco orders are sent via stamped mail. If you would like to upgrade to tracked shipping it’s $4.50 for USA and $11 for worldwide (tracked). Please contact me if you would like to upgrade to tracked shipping! As these polcos are unique, I am not responsible for any damaged or lost mail.

*Fan Art & Art Terms & Instructions:

My main term for working with fan art & other art is that the original artist receives payment for their work. I am only functioning as a framer/print shop for orders that involve the use of art. I will not print art you didn’t pay the original artist for (excluding gifts). Please make sure to discuss this with me first before placing an order via IG @mamucatlife. By using my services to print the art you agree to these terms.

Option 1:
You purchase the art, print to size yourself, and mail me the art. I will then essentially frame it.

Option 2:
Ensure that the artist allows use of print shops/third party services for you to send the file to for printing. You can purchase the art from the original artist and send the file to me for printing. I will only be functioning as the third party printer and framer. (I will delete the artwork from my computer after print is checked.)

If you would like any of my own art printed, I can do that as well. Just let me know!
